Yes! We've taken the "worry" out of furniture shopping! We do honor factory warranty on all our products! For example, Southern Motion offers a limited lifetime warranty on the metal patented parts of the reclining mechanisms of all their recliners and five-year warranty on all cushions, wood frame and springs. Should anything happen with any of the products that we offer, contact an HGF representative and we’d be happy to help assist in all issues promptly.
We do also offer additional extended 5 year accidental warranty through HGF, with in home servicing, for a very affordable cost. Depending on subtotal, it would cost anywhere from $69.99 to $249.99. This price is unheard of, anywhere else!
- Covers both indoor and outdoor furniture o Covers manufacturers defects o Covers accidental damage (rips, tears, stains, etc.)
- Covers 1 instance of pet / animal damage (scratches, rips, etc.)
- Covers mechanical failure
- Covers in-home service
- Pricing remains the same for all furniture and does not differentiate between tables, chairs, sofas, etc.
- If the product cannot be repaired, it is replaced
To offer you the best pricing, year round, we do not mark up prices and build in return costs into our prices, like other retailers do. So unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. - We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) that bill to a U.S. address.
- We also offer affordable monthly payment plans through Kornerstone (this is a no credit check program). If you pay in full within the first 3 months, there is only the $50 application fee charge. Layaway plans are also available through our website. You would need to make an account and place a card on file.
- Regardless of payment method, full payment (or a contracted monthly payment plan) is needed to place your order.
