JUST WOW!! We give Hickory Grove Furniture TOP MARKS in every area of customer service & satisfaction! Stop in and see for yourself & surely you will be as delighted & satisfied as we are. After visiting a dozen furniture stores within 20 miles of our home, HICKORY GROVE FURNITURE in Woodstock is definitely the BEST hands down!! We were looking for an electric reclining Sofa & Loveseat with Console set, with Tilt headrests and in fabric rather than the more popular leather. Jay patiently worked with us to find the best brand, style & custom fabric at a competitive price. We went home to further consider color options. I did my own brand research & discovered that the industry standard seat padding will not last for many years when used by plus size persons such as myself. Jay called our chosen manufacturer & found that increasing the foam density was not an option. Jay then suggested Best Home Furnishings which offers a newer more durable, & cooler cushion build. They offered all the options we wanted AND their furniture is made in the USA, in Indiana. WIN / WIN!! We experienced the family oriented, customer first treatment as Jay guided us on fabric choice and even gave his opinion on the color when asked! To top off our excellent experience with Hickory Grove, our furniture was completed & shipped 9 days early while we were on an extended out of state trip. No problem!! Jay readily agreed to keep our furniture in their warehouse and arranged a convenient delivery time after we returned. The delivery team sent were fast, careful, thorough, as well as extremely polite & patient as we operated ALL the functions on each reclining seat several times. So glad we noticed this furniture store while shopping @ Dollar Tree in same shopping center!
Looking for furniture for new home~ and found all we needed there! Daughter got bedroom set, I got comfy swivel chair I'd been looking for & we each got a couch that becomes a bed!
Great prices & best part was our salesman, Jimmy, who explained everything & walked us thru our sales.

Came here when they first opened but now they have a huge selection of different furniture. It's all great quality and made it hard to decide what we wanted. It was easy to get help when we were trying to decide between some rugs and they even laid out the rugs so we could measure and look at them. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process. We ended up purchasing a rug for our living room and a dresser. We had to take 2 trips but they had everything wrapped up for us when we came back and helped load both into our car. Great prices and excellent customer service so plan to get all other furniture from here

Jimmy and Jay both treated me very well. I went in to just shop for a couch for my brother and his wife, in their new apartment. I quickly saw several in my price range, (low, lol) and sent photos to my brother. He responded with his approval of the prices very quickly, he had done a lot of shopping recently. His wife said she really liked the gray one, and everything they found that was similar, was $900 to a $1000 .
I got this for under $600, and gifted it to them for her upcoming birthday!
